The Deen Celtic complex is situated at the Prince Grounds, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny and is considered amongst the best in the South East. The Club was founded in 1984 and plays in the Kilkenny & District League. Celtic have 9 Schoolboy teams, 3 schoolgirl teams and 2 junior teams.
Deen Celtic are one of a few clubs in the Kilkenny and District League who own their grounds. They have a clubhouse, two playing pitches and an all-weather pitch. The clubhouse consists of dressing-rooms, showers, toilets and a large function room. The function room has recently been renovated and is used by other organisations and individual groups. Work on the upgrading of the shower area and dressing-rooms is to start soon. They have two full size top class playing pitches. Great care and attention is given to both pitches which makes them among the best in the K. & D. L.
