Its that time of year again and a plea goes out from the Friends of Castlecomer District Hospital to all females (men not excluded) in the area to participate in the Mini Marathon in June. An application is presently with the Planning Department of Kilkenny County Council to improve facilities at the District Hospital so all support would be greatly appreciated.
